Terms of Service

In these Terms, “User” means any natural or legal person using the service. “Service” refers to the Intervix platform, including the web interface and associated mobile applications.

For access to some functions, registration is required. You agree to provide accurate information and to ensure the security of your account. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.

Users are not allowed to use the service for purposes that violate the law, publish harmful content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems. Copying, modifying, or distributing content without the consent of the rights holder is prohibited.

All materials, design, code, and trademarks presented on the platform are the property of Intervix or its licensees. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service within the limits necessary for obtaining services.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous operation, absence of errors, or compliance with your expectations. Within the limits allowed by law, Intervix is not liable for indirect damage, lost profits, or data loss.

Intervix reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service upon violation of the Terms or for other legal reasons. After termination, the account may be deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, if not otherwise provided by current law. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedures established by current legislation.
